We offer a full 30 day return and refund policy. Please contact us for a returns reference. Once we have received your returns we will process it and send you a returns email. Please note this may take up to 7 days.
All returned products must be in unworn, saleable condition and with proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, earrings can not be returned unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.
All items will be shipped within 5 working days (although we aim to be quicker). We use Royal Mail Delivery Service which allows for the item to be tracked and signed for.
